Everything is running smoothly with the new car, when I got to the dealership I was so shocked to find out that they would except me for car finance since everywhere else declined me. I am over the moon that Concept Car Credit accepted me as I really did struggle. I'm thankful for the kindness and friendliness shown to me by the staff at this dealership! My car is driving amazingly, I am very happy with the car and I am very happy with the customer service. From start to finish the staff here at Concept Car Credit were brilliant with me. The showed a very good level of customer care everybody was friendly and very helpful. One thing that made my mind up about which car I wanted was the tax, its so cheap only £20 per month! Around the time I was checking the clean air zone stuff etc and I think my car falls into the bracket of where you don't have to pay to go into the zones. The whole process was speedy and straightforward! They let me test drive the car and get the feel for it, I didn't this with no pressure it was at my own leisure which was appreciated. 100% recommend.

My expectations were met during my time at this dealership, they always have been. I have used Concept now roughly about 4 times I think and every time they haven't failed to impress me so that's why I am a returning customer. I would happily use again based on my last experience. I'm really enjoying driving the new car and I must say when I was viewing the car it was lovely and clean.

While buying my car with Concept I dealt with the lovely Laura and she couldn't have been more helpful. All the paperwork was dealt with efficiently and I was well informed throughout. My car has been very good to me so far and I have no complaints.
