Very pleased with the purchase of my New BMW, , when you go to the garage they leave you with the keys and let you do your own checks in peace, the finance process is speedy as long as you are, I had a slight issue with brakes 1 week later, only to call the garage and be told to bring it into their in house reapair garage known as "Gibbys Garage" , whom were also speedy at getting the parts and doing the repair for me, I couldn't recommend them anymore, as they really value their customers, repeat business with Essex prestige for me is inevitable, if your in need of a car Essex Prestige is the one! Thank you guys and thanks for a decent offer on my part exchange

We bought a Range Rover Evoque and it was immaculately prepared and we are very impressed. The garage staff are very professional, friendly and not pushey like other main dealer establishments. The sales guy Reis is a fantastic asset to the dealership, he is "the man". I recommend this place because they have some excellent cars and excellent staff. Give them a visit , you will be impressed.

A simple way to tell a bad business is the frequency of reviews for example a company receives negative reviews and rather than replying or commenting on them you will suddenly see 20 excellent reviews left immediately after the negative ones usually with suspect names like bob James.
You may ask why would I go to such effort to leave a review like this? It’s simple I believe in honest trustworthy businesses and the people that run them and I feel strongly about bad business people like Essex prestige misleading customers by fabricating reviews and feedback it’s dishonest behaviour and poor business practice you don’t deserve any type of business

i purchased my new car from Essex prestige, 15 plate Range Rover , im over the moon with the car, it was as described word for word in the advert. I financed through them as well which was easy, i was accepted within 10 minutes and drove the car away the same day. I couldn't recommend Essex prestige enough. Thank you to you & your team.

Part exchanged our car for another. Staff were very professional on the phone before we arrived. The site itself is extremely well maintained all the cars are immaculately presented. The staff were prepared for us, very professional and friendly. After we agreed to buy the car and a PX price for our car, the purchase was handled very professionally.
Altogether a very good experience I would certainly recommend
