Car is perfect. Still not received the log book but apparently its been sorted. On the day it was really smooth process, quite straightforward. Sales man was really nice. I originally bought a car from them two years ago. They have a good variety of vehicles and I would use them again in the future.

The A6 Avant has been brilliant, it hasn’t had a single fault! The Service from Junction 17 has been brilliant as well. There is a small panel missing on the car near the passenger side jacking point that we agreed to have painted and sent over after the sale however, I’ve not heard back regarding it. I can't remember the name of the person I dealt with, but they were brilliant.

So far it’s a great car. I've got 5 Alfa Romero’s and they had something specific I wanted that was in budget and ticked all the boxes. Staff were great, Leonardo is a great lad. As soon as we got there, he got the key, offered us a drink, got the car out and we had a test drive. That’s what makes you want to come back and I would return if they had another Alfa I wanted. It’s a nice showroom, nice place and the people were nice aswell.

Going great with the Mustang. I was looking for certain spec and I found what I wanted online. Did some background checks and they seemed really reliable and read some review. All the staff were so professional, really friendly and answered all my questions. Made it so easy for me to understand everything. It was amazing to see my friends reactions on collection, this is my dream car.

Going well with the Abarth. My husband knows of them and he had a recommendation off someone so I went there. Staff were fine but the car was meant to have a coating put on but it hadn’t been done when I collected. I spoke to them and had to take an afternoon off work which was inconvenient hence the rating but it got done. The guy selling it was really helpful, he knew the car. Pretty quick process.

I was browsing on Autotrader and saw the car so went to Junction 17. The salesman was good, little pushy but good. Since having the car, one problem which wasn’t explained to me relates to the exhaust pipe lays down low and scrapes. I spoke to the dealership but they couldn’t help with it. Other than that, everything’s fine.

Leonardo was great, super helpful and accommodating, the only reason I've given a 4 instead of a 5 is because 1) I paid for ceramic coating but don't believe it was done, 2) I picked it up on a day that the valet people weren't in (although Leonardo done what he could to clean it) and 3) I received less than I thought I would do part-ex

Happy with the car. I was just looking around in the area and online and came across it. The staff are nice, I got spoken to quickly. I can't remember the salemans name but they were quick, straight to the point, made it an easy process. I had to go back to collect. Once I got the quote for finance it was pretty simple after that, done all in house.

All good with the Range Rover I bought, Its comfortable. I've used them before. The location is handy and the vehicles they have on the showroom are good and presented to high standard. Benny was quite helpful. Process was quite quick when buying. Would possibly go back in the future.
