My experience was very good, so was the customer service. It was the car that made me choose Marshall & sons Motors. It has been okay! Five stars everything was good. 😊

I was looking through eBay for Defenders as the MOD is selling off a lot of defenders for around the £20k mark, a red one popped up from Marshall and Son and I’ve always wanted one that colour. A contributing factor why I went with Marshall & Son was the fact they're a Land Rover specialist which gave me a bit more confidence that they knew what they were buying and selling. The people at the dealership seemed like nice guys.

Loved it! The guys were great they really were, Ken was amazing. Just a issue with the car but they know about it and it’s booked into the garage, But the guys were great they were brilliant. They were welcoming, they were welcoming four stars but it’s a five for the customer service.

I was looking for a place that had a lot of Land Rovers, and most places only had one, but Marshall and son had several so I could compare. They aren’t pushy at all they just let you get on with it and have a look to make our minds up aha. Good and friendly, just a straightforward experience.

It was spot on to be fair, customer service was absolutely fine they just let get about your own business and come when you needed them to come it was pretty good overall not pushy. The Land Rover is like a tank isn’t it ahaha but I knew exactly what I was buying and I am happy with it. Five stars nothing I can complain about!

The Discovery is not doing too bad at the moment, its been in the garage quite a lot since I’ve got it. However, Marshall and Sons were great, they have got it all sorted. The garage they booked the Discovery into has been good as well, overall I’m pretty chuffed at the minute. Jack and Jake over at the dealership have been spot on to be fair, they’ve been very helpful.

Marshall and Sons were absolutely excellent, we traveled down all the way from the north of Scotland but I will definitely buy from them again. Jake was first class, I couldn’t fault him at all. From the minute we got there till the moment we left the staff at Marshalls were all helpful, especially jake. There was no hassle, “there’s the car have a look around, take your time and come find me if you need me.”

Only had the car a few weeks but everything seems to be running fine. It was a smooth buying process, everything was done quickly and didn't come across any problems. I would definitely go back to them again. 5 stars.
