Staff were great, no problems. I may have a slight fault with a tyre pressure sensor but I may have fixed it. Apart from that, it's been great. I would use again if there was a car I wanted.

I'm doing ok with the BMW I got. I saw them on Autotrader and I live close to them so had a look and decided to get it. They were really good on the day, they kept the car back for me for 6 weeks whilst I dealt with my previous car. Communication let them down, i've been chasing the service history but i've not been getting call backs. Ellis helped get some bits sorted and it was clean and presented well on collection.

There weren’t many RS5s on the market, and the one from Phantom caught my eye when I found it online. Amir was a brilliant salesman he was really friendly and made it an easy process.

The Audi Q2 is exactly what I wanted, a little bit of luxury, and it was reasonably priced. My only niggle was with the part exchange. When I first visited, I was offered a certain amount for my car but wasn’t made aware that this was subject to a mechanic’s appraisal. When I collected the Audi, I was offered £200 less following the appraisal, which I reluctantly agreed to. I appreciate the person I initially spoke to was on her first day and may simply have forgotten to mention it or wasn't aware of it due to it being her first day. Otherwise, they were a good company to deal with. I said from the start that I only wanted the car and wasn’t interested in extras such as paint protection, wheel protection or finance, and they left it at that, which I really appreciated. The bottle of wine and umbrella were also nice little extras.

Getting on excellently with the Land Rover and was very happy with my experience at Phantom Motor Company. The only issue was having to wait a good few hours because the wrong car had received the ceramic coating, but this was sorted quickly. Chelsea was absolutely brilliant with everything. She explained everything in detail and went through it all with me. I also had a fault with one of the taillights, and she said to let them know if it didn’t clear up and they’d get it sorted. They did, and I had a brand new taillight fitted. Apart from the ceramic coating issue, everything was excellent.
