The Discovery is very good and it's getting along alright. I have found a couple of scratches on the car. Ellis was good purchase-wise, I do wish he had contacted me after the car was delivered to check in. The delivery was a smooth process, and it was fairly priced and saved me the drive down from Scotland.

Really happy with my BMW. It was the way the car was presented by the dealership on their website and the phone conversation with Amir sold it to me. Ive always wanted one. He was knowledgeable, helpful and answered all the questions. 100% would go back. It was brilliant that optional extra were offered but not pushed. The atmosphere was nice, friendly and nice music playing. It was the best car buying experience ive ever had.

Saw the car on Autotrader and I wanted that specific car so went to Junction 17. It's going alright. I had a slight fault with adblue but its been sorted via the warranty but it wasn't guaranteed that garage would do it so im a little worried about the warranty now but apart from that everything’s fine. The staff were alright but could do with some improvement in their communication with customers. There was no room for movement on the price but the car & price made me feel confident to buy. It was all done in one day.

Great to deal with (when they answered the phone) at the start of the process, however after I had paid and collected the car I had a few questions with regards a few things that were missing and they couldn’t be bothered to call me back. They also forgot to put a couple of things back on the car after replacing the cam belt such as the windscreen washer filler funnel! Some of the repairs were also cosmetic and not permanent. Overall a disappointing experience.

Everything going fine apart from installation, after car service. We bought the tracker and immobile package but aftersales proving difficult in the installation. Jack was fantastic. He was honest about the car, when we needed him he was there, he was friendly and made the service seem easy. Nothing was too much trouble. Collection day was nice, they covered up the car, we got a bottle and chocs and made abit of an unveiling. Everyone seemed very friendly.

Went through the sales process fine and we decided to go for a tracker and immobilizer which was abit of a headache at the start as it wasn’t explained that it wasn’t going to be done at point of sale so car was withheld for a week to be prepared. The tracker turned out to be a subscription which wasn’t outlined in our discussion but that’s been rectified now. Matt, the salesperson, was a good lad. He explained the numbers before I went through with anything. They elaborated well on everything and when Matt wasn’t around I could still speak to the other agents.
