I found my Mercedes A-CLASS through the V12 website and overall, the car is good. Some of the staff were brilliant however more communication would have been appreciated from others.

The whole experience was really good, can’t think of anything bad. Harry was all good as well, there was a bit of waiting but that’s standard. I’ve had no issues with the Jaguar E-pace and the logbook arrived within 2 weeks.

Had a problem with the car so V12 exchanged it for me. I did lose out on my deposit so not happy about that but this is my sixth car I've bought from them and I’m happy with this car.

Everything is alright with the Golf. When I first got the car there were a few management lights, but they sorted it for me at the garage. They did push the extras a bit hard and I ended up buying some protection paint thing I haven’t used yet. Harry was an alright guy

So far the car has been great. I've purchased from them before, their prices are reasonably good compared to other dealerships. When we made the reservation to see the car, there wasn’t an update about extra fees. Four star rating because when we got there they said there is a compulsory £150 fee that they charged to prep something for the car but I requested to cancel it, other than that it was great. Giovani was friendly, wasn’t too stressful. Good process overall. I would use again as I’ve had no issues or problems with their cars.
