Cars going fine but have one problem with the rear wiper jet which isn’t working so I will speak to the dealership. Other than that I’m enjoying the car. The staff were good. They were understanding and it helped me have a positive mindset when there. Process from test driving the car to getting the document was fairly quick. All nice people at V12

I would award a 5 because the customer service was fantastic. Liam helped me find the perfect car, and it’s the best choice for me, especially as a nervous first-time driver. He took the time to explore all of my options, gave me excellent advice, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Liam, along with the rest of the team, made the entire experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

The customer service at V12 Sports and Classics was perfect, and I loved it. I dealt with two members of staff, and I think one of them was called Joshua. Everything there was just perfect. The car has been all good. I only had one issue a few days after getting it when I found the front undertray was hanging because one of the screws had come down. I had to wait a while to get through to them but it was all sorted in the end. Apart from that, everything has been good. I'd definitely recommend the dealership to others

Everything very straightforward and easy. Our salesman Joshua, was really great too. Very professional but also easy to get along with. Not too pushy about optional extras and respectful of those we weren't keen to have which we really appreciated.

I initially found the car online and went down to the dealership. I wasn't familiar with PCP and HP. So when i got there and went through all the paperwork, it turned out to be HP which increased the price of the payments. so i changed cars. Once this got sorted, everything went okay and I'm happy with the car in the end and have already recommended the dealership.
