I dealt with Jessica on the day, but there were a few people involved, and they were all friendly, helpful and professional, so I can't fault them. The BMW I3 has been great.

Having recently bought a Ford Fiesta, the buying process on the day was sleek, and I was impressed with it overall. Unfortunately, 11 days after purchase I had to get the battery changed and had difficulty speaking to anyone at the dealership, and it was also 4 months over a service, and as they have a cam belt, it is important they are serviced on time and regularly, so due to that, I would give my experience a 3. Now these things have been sorted, the car has been super.

Not had any issues so far with the new Hyundai Tucson. My old car was in an accident, and the insurance wrote it off, so I was in need of a new car. It fits my family well due to the size. My partner did most of the talking at the dealership, but everyone seemed helpful, and other than having to take the car back for a small issue, it was all good, so I would give it a very good 4

Very happy with our purchase. The seat was well presented and in good condition. The person we spoke to was competent and thorough. Have to give it 5 stars.

We originally looked at a Jaguar and ended up coming away with the Volvo XC40, which we are happy with. Antony was the salesman, and he was good. We would 100% recommend it to others, and next year when I buy another car, we will be going back to V12 Sports and Classics.

I was shopping around when I stumbled across and ended up on V12 Sports and Classics' forecourt. I bought a Ford Fiesta. I can't remember the name of the gentleman I dealt with, although he was helpful, and I can't think of any reason to knock him down from full marks.

A slick, efficient experience, 2nd time I've dealt with Jamie, and both times he has been excellent. Jamie was first class, negotiated an acceptable deal, and drove away happy and as Arnie says, "I'll be back!"

I've been enjoying the Mercedes A-Class, and my experience at the dealership was good – 5 stars.

I bought my previous car from V12 back in 2019 it was a volvo, throughout owning the car i had no issues what so ever. Which is why I went back to them this time to buy the Hyundai Tucson. The car has been great, the experience wasn't as enjoyable as last time, as the price I got from the head office was different from the one I got in the branch due to the credit check. It was a substantial difference, although they managed to get the price down to a more reasonable level. That is the one piece of feedback I would give. Happy with the Hyundai Tucson.

This is my first electric car, and so far it has been okay, especially with the rising gas prices at the moment. I've had a charging point installed at my house, the experience buying the car at V12 Sports and Classics was excellent.
