I went online just shopping around and saw the particular car I liked at V12. I spoke to the dealership and they were so quick to respond. Everything was smooth, brilliant, fast. Service top notch. Sales person took us through the process down to when we got the keys. I used to be scared of car finance but they blew my mind away. I didn’t expect it to go so fast for me but I found myself calling them on the day, the next day, all the paperwork and everything was done, they made it easy.

I was looking on Autotrader and decided to go to see their cars. Their communication was good. Jamie was fantastic, very good. We had a few cars in mind and he showed us the features. It was a quick process once decided on the car we wanted. First time using them and everyone at V12 was friendly, I would recommend them to others.

I got a lovely car. Everyone was saying try a Sportage so I changed from a Q5. I dealt with Kye & Dean who was learning, they were both brilliant. I loved how the staff weren’t jumping on you, they left you to it. It didn’t feel like I was being pressured. warm and friendly. The service team were brilliant and I was able to take the car same day. It felt like they were making my trip as pleasant as they could. No negative part about my experience.

Toyota Hilux

When I looked online they have fantastic range of cars and this car was in our price range. The car is beautiful. Couple of issues I had to deal with since having the car which was alittle disappointing but I would definitely go back and have already recommended to family. The salesperson Jon was amazing as was Mia who did the finance, they were lovely. Thank you, you were outstanding.

Cars mint, no issues. Nice smooth transaction. Kye was straight to the point, no messing around. I would use them again, they are a decent group of lads. Nice clean presentable place. No real pressure sales which is nice and refreshing.

No problem with V12 , everything they done has been fine. It took a little longer to get the car than I hoped for but the staff were all perfect. Nice and friendly, they let us try the car out for our dog. No issues what’s so ever.

The price compared to the spec in relating to market value seemed a more reasonable offer so I went to V12. I made an appointment and organised a test drive. They have lots of staff which was nice. On the day it was grand. Four stars as I felt they pushed the warranties heavily but I understand the reasons for that. Other than that, no issues whatsoever. Overall, pretty smooth.

I went to V12 because I was after the car they had. Got on really well with Simon, enjoyed the time spent with him. He was very engaging and a smashing guy. I'm waiting on a manuel to arrive as promised and I think the car should have had a more thorough check over prior to releasing as had to sort a few things out myself hence the score. It was a quicker process than expected and they sorted me temporary insurance. From what we saw they looked professional outfit and I would recommend them.

So far so good. I saw car on Autotrader and was looking for this type of vehicle and location was good for us. On the day, really good. Very busy at the time so they are doing well. The salesman Anthony was nice, helpful and went through everything. I came back the next day when the car was valeted and we were happy with it so took it away that day. They lost some points as I felt the warranty was forced on us and the handover stage was slow and not with the correct person so the figures ended up being wrong but I liked how they seemed professional and accommodating with our needs. This made me more willing to return and buy the car.
