4.5. Everything was good. Service, friendliness, professionalism, quality of the car. It wasn't until a couple of weeks late I noticed the interior lights in front and rear passengers don't work when doors opened. The boot didn't but it had been turned off. Can't get cabin lights to come on. Too busy to do anything at the moment. Need to get this resolved. This is the only reason you don't get a 5.

We chose a Ford Focus and reserved it online before going for a test drive, We were given all the information we needed to decide between finance or cash purchase. The staff were polite and helpful. Our questions during the first few days of getting used to the car were answered . I would recommend Ponko to friends without hesitation.

I’m pleased that the staff at Ponko made the buying process incredibly easy, and so far my Honda Civic's been great. Even though I’ve had to replace a light and a tyre, this hasn't affected my overall opinion.

When buying my Nissan Juke from this garage, it was quite good. The staff were really friendly and nice, communication could have been better throughout as found my updates from them quite slow. There is definitely room for some improvements but overall I'm happy.

The Ponko team were great during the sale, there was a little bit of waiting when the finance was getting sorted, but this was out of Ponko's control, overall a pleasant experience. I do feel there needs to be a little bit of work done on the aftercare side of things which is what has brought my score down slightly. But if this was worked on I do feel over all it could be a really good buying experience.

It wasn't good service it was fantastic service! I can't fault Ponko at all, the KA I bought for my son who is still learning is a great. I have been driving it around and not one issue has arose. I would say they gave a 10/10 service!

Where do I start… The service I received from the entire team at Ponko was unbelievable. Everyone I spoke to was sound — even people I passed while grabbing a drink were pleasant. I dealt with a handful of different guys over a 48-hour period and they explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. They even pointed me in the right direction for trading in my car if I wasn’t happy with the price which I really appreciated. They went through the warranty in full and even pointed out an advisory on the MOT which was straight and transparent. I work in sales myself so I can be pretty direct, but even when I was being a bit cheeky they never made things difficult. I just felt totally comfortable the whole time. Being on the other side of the fence, I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from them. The guy who took me on the test drive deserves a special mention too as he was amazing. I’d seen loads of reviews online before enquiring and noticed they’d won Small Trader of the Year and I can totally see why. They definitely lived up to their awards/reputation as I never felt pressured or misled and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for better service all the way through. They 100% deserve five stars no doubt about it.
