I'm getting on really well with my Mercedes from the Nelson branch of Cartime. I was a good experience buying from them, there were no issues with Asam, it did take a while to sort the paperwork out and would have been nice if he was assigned to just help us whilst we were there but it all worked out and they kept checking in with us and asking if we wanted a drink as well which was nice. I bought a convertible so I'm just hoping to sun comes out again soon!!

The car is good so far, so hope it carries on like this but we have only just got the car so hope it carries on like this. The customer service was good, and he was straight to the point and wasn't pushy which I appreciated.

I recently purchased a Vauhall Mokka from Cartime and it's been going fine. There was a couple of issues regarding the logbook but these have now been resolved. Aside from that there's been no problems with the car.

The MG is all fine, my wife was looking the MG3 specifically. We were driving around looking for them and found one at the Cartime Dealership in Burnley. Our whole experience was pretty good, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mohammed and Samuel were both great, they saved me the hassle of having the collect the car and got it delivered to me. When I was there they went through everything with me. The BMW X2 has been fine

The Mini has been sound, its running pretty decent. We had to treck quit a way to get the car as we live quite a bit away, but I was a after this specific Mini as it’s a limited-edition race one and there are only two in the county.

The Ford Mustang Mach-E has been fine. There was bit of an issue with the payment for the car as I agreed over the phone to pay for the car via Mastercard however when I completed all the paperwork the dealership informed me they didn’t accept card, so I had to take out finance and pay it off on the same day. They did compensate me with at a free service for the car afterwards.
