Jessica, I dealt with was really nice, down to earth and wasn’t pushy with me. The Tesla model 3 is my first electric car so I’m still learning with it. So far, it’s been all good.

The Nissan so far has been fine. It was considerably cheaper compared to the other options I looked at and offered high mileage. I looked at V12 reviews in advance which seemed to be good. I do feel like the attention to detail could have been better regarding the battery not being charged and the payment process, without those issues it would have been a 5/5. In summary, I would use V12 sports and classics again.

I've been very pleased with the service received on the day I purchased the vehicle. Josh was a very pleasant and helpful person and gave a thorough explanation of everything involved in all aspects of the sale. Am really pleased with the vehicle itself and looking forward to much more driving.

It was fast paced process, even when it was busy, they managed to sort me out quickly without rushing. I am having an issue with the reverse that is making a noise however, overall Id rate my experience a solid 4.5 as there’s room for improvement for everyone.

I felt it was very efficient and professional with V12 sports and classics. It’s my first car I got whilst I moved to the UK and I am satisfied with the Toyota I got from them.

4, if I had the time to check the vehicle out without it chucking it down ( raining). Then I would have noticed it having the wrong tyre's fitted on the front? Correct tyre size but these should have been run flats due to having no spare wheel, or anything to assist in changing wheel? I don't know if it was the previous owner? Apart from that this is my wife's car and she loves it.

We are impressed with V12 sports and classics. We can’t fault the car, it drives lovely and it’s really good with fuel. The only thing I didn’t like is that they try to get you to add stuff to the package you didn’t want. Apart from that, the lady who dealt with us was really good.

The Volkswagen transporter I got from v12 has been alright so far. It was a smooth experience down at the dealership and Richard who I dealt with was sound, could do with a pay rise! Id nominate him for employee of the month haha

They gave us plenty of time at the dealership which was enough to let us examine the car and give it a test drive which I appreciated. We will have to get the vehicle properly validated as it wasn’t the cleanest however I would give 4-5 for the sales process.
