My new Vauxhall Grandland X has been fantastic. In regard to the buying process, I took 2 cars on a test drive, although the first car I test drove didn't have any fuel in it, which isn't ideal, although the 2nd test drive was fine, and I went ahead with the purchase and am very pleased with the car.

My dad recommended me to V12 Sports and Classics, as he bought a car previously. Other than having to wait a while whilst waiting for the handover, it was good, and Jon was helpful. 4 stars overall.

Good buying experience

I had a really good experience at V12, I would say. I went on a busy day and didn't pre-book, they still got everything sorted for me. I didn't get a locking wheel nut, although they have sent me a link where I can get reimbursed. So all in all, a 4-star experience.

The Polestar 2 is my first electric car. I've had a hybrid previously, but it's definitely a big difference. The customer service whilst I was buying the car was all good, 5 out of 5.

I had an Audi A3 which kept breaking down, and I couldn't get it repaired again, so I was looking on AutoTrader for the same spec of A3, which I found advertised at V12 Sports and Classics Worksop. I love the car, Leo was great at the dealership, and I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

On the day when I was buying the Ford Focus, it was all good and I was happy with that side of things. Unfortunately, shortly after purchase, I had to take the car into a garage, as its brake pads needed to be changed. I did contact them and was told to go through warranty, but I had to do it myself, as I need the car for work, so I needed it done asap. So I'd give my experience 3.5 stars, as I am happy with the service and the car.

Since buying the Nissan Qashqai, it's been really good to drive. I have driven past V12 Sport and Classics loads of times, as I am local to them. When we were at the dealership, it was all good. One bit of feedback is I felt the process was a bit longer than expected, the person I was dealing with had to keep going to the main office to get information and then come back to us. Still a good 4-star rating.

The wife is really enjoying the Jaguar E-Pace. We were having a look on Autotrader to see what it was that she wanted and came across the Jag. They were really nice people at V12, and I thought they came across really well. No reason not to give it 5 stars.

I had the Tesla Model 3 and recently upgraded to a Tesla Model Y. The reason was I needed a bigger boot and for it to be easier to get things in and out. I got the car the same day as purchase, so I was at V12 for about 4 hours. Tony was a nice bloke and explained everything he needed to.
