I went to V12 as they weren’t to far away from me and I was specifically after an i3. When agreeing the deal, I asked for a few things to be sorted but I think the car hadn't been properly cleaned inside and out when delivered to me. It wasn’t as pristine as expected and there was a mark on the seat which I asked to be removed but it wasn’t. However, on the day the team were good, helpful. We had a test drive and sorted some finance through V12, they explained everything and it went through no problem.

I found the Kia at V12, it is the perfect colour, mileage and everything, beautiful car. They took my car for a test drive and I had to wait which was fine but I felt the sale staff were very pushy to sell me all the addons for the vehicle as they said it didn’t have service history. I understand the reason but I was on a budget and didn’t want them. There was some confusion over the service history and I walked away. They called back saying they had now found the service history and I went back and agreed a price and declined the extras. They delivered the car and gave me some add ons not chargeable so in the end I got the car I wanted. On delivery the car was perfect, exactly as seen in the showroom, couldn’t fault it.

Everything perfect with the Renault Trafic. We picked them because they had a vast range of stock of the type of van that I wanted for a good or a good ish price for the mileage. Jon was sound but although the process was pretty smooth it wasn’t great. I was told I would get preferential treatment if I made an appointment but when I actually turned up there wasn't an appointment made. I was told they do same day turnaround but it wasn’t the case, I feel like they should have highlighted it. I was told at last minute the finance wouldn’t be approved that day so had to go back. I'm still happy to buy more vans from V12 as I want somewhere consistent that we can get them from. In terms of the stock & how local it is for us, no issues.

On the day it was good. Max was sound. I would recommend this company. The deal was done on the day which felt nice. I got the car delivered few days later and it had a bit of petrol in it. I had a slight issue but its going through the warranty. It was a bit difficult ringing them up but V12 helped sort it out.

V12 were the only ones supplying the vehicle that we wanted. Gernell dealt with us on the day, had a test drive and came back. I had to return as the car wasn’t quite polished correctly but it was all good. Three stars as they could have offered a drink but I would possibly use again in the future if I needed to.

Visually the Niassan Qashqai I bought is amazing. i did have some issues with the electrics at first but got this all sorted through the warranty. Dealing with V12 was fantastic, the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend them

My experience at V12 was quite good, the only reason it isn’t 5* is because they couldn’t provide the certificate of a AA inspection. However Jessica was friendly and professional

I had Mondeo for 22 years, so the Seat Ibiza from V12 is quite different but cheaper to run! I do think I could have been offered more for my Mondeo and did have to wait a bit but it was all done on the day, they were quite busy on the day which filled me with confidence
