It's the second car I've bought from Ponko, this one was for my daughter and it's running fine. I dealt with Jack who was very polite and friendly, answered all the questions we asked. There's no reason why I wouldn't go back there again.

The customer service was great, I had a problem with the car after purchase and they were really quick to get it sorted out. One of the best car buying experiences by far. No complaints really. The car was valeted and clean, an amazing experience and I'll definitely go back there in the future.

I did have to replace the battery about a week after purchase, apart from that it's working alright. The service was fine, I thought they were really nice bunch of people. I'll give them 4 stars - it would have been a 5 if it wasn't for the battery issue.

Myself and a friend went and saw the car and we dealt with Kye - he was really really good. It wasn't the typical hard sell you'd normally associate with car dealerships which was appreciated. The car itself has been fine so far. It isn't a car that we would normally buy but actually now we've got it, it stood up to do everything we needed it to do. Really happy with it all.

I have contacted Ponko a few days back because I am having issues with the car, and I have to take the car to a local garage and then send them the quote. It turns out that some of the discs need replacing, the cigarette charger isn't working and also the car is showing a couple of other warnings. It appears Ponko replaced the pads but not the discs which seemed to cause the issue. Apart from that, the service was great, they were so friendly and they did fix some other issues with the car which was appreciated.

The wheel of the car is squeaking intermittently which is quite annoying. It's been back and forth with Ponko trying to rectify the issue - they replaced the brakes in an effort to fix the issue free of charge which was good of them. The issue is still persisting though. I'm really enjoying the car apart from that and the service on the day was fine.
