Everything's fine with the car and the service was good during the sale

Following my purchase from Ponko I've not had a chance to drive much, but so far so good when I have had a chance. The service was top-notch as well during the sales process.

Visited Ponko for the first time and received 10 out of 10 customer service from the two salespeople I dealt with. They were fantastic and lovely to deal with, and everything's all good with the car.

Buying from Ponko was quick and simple, and so far the car is running fine.

All good so far – no issues at all. Haydn was the salesman that looked after me and he was perfect, I thought he was really lovely to deal with. He was happy for me to take the car out for a test drive, which was helpful. Great service all around.

Everything is going fine with the car. I did have to take it back briefly due to a misfire, but it was sorted in just half an hour. I called on Thursday to report the issue, and they got me booked in early Friday morning. The team was really helpful and got everything sorted quickly. No complaints at all, great service.
