Having bad credit from years ago means not everyone’s willing to give you a chance to get back on the ladder — but that’s exactly what Concept Car Credit did for me and I can’t thank them enough. They were absolutely brilliant to deal with and I honestly can’t fault them. I love my new Renault Kadjar and definitely made the right decision. Concept were so good I’ve been recommending them to everyone — they deserve this positive feedback 100%!

I suppose I’m a bit old-fashioned and never give 5 stars, but I’m really happy with every aspect of my purchase and absolutely chuffed with my new BMW X1. I hadn’t come across Concept Car Credit before but after struggling to get car finance elsewhere, they stepped in and offered to help. We got there in the end and I’m genuinely thankful for everything they did to make it happen. The whole thing was pretty straightforward, everyone was happy to help and could always answer my questions, so all-in-all it was a great experience.

I’ve had a few issues with my car since buying it, but the way it’s been handled has been amazing. Anything I’ve reported has been investigated and fixed at no cost to me, and they’ve always acted quickly which I really appreciate! Gaz helped me when I visited the dealership and managed to find the perfect car for me. I absolutely love it — It's a Focus Estate and it’s my first new car - it gets treated to a full valet every other week! I seriously can’t thank Concept Car Credit enough for going above and beyond for me. Their customer service has been fantastic and I really can’t fault them!

Everything is fine with our new car and the sales process was easy. There was some miscommunication at the start with the finance company, but it was good after that.

The service from Concept Car Credit was absolutely brilliant, the staff were helpful and treat you with respect. I've already told my friends to go there, and so far everything is good with my lovely new car. I would give them 100 out of 100!
