I’ve got the Honda Civic from Concept Car Credit online. The whole process was good, including the delivery. I financed the car and the finance process was alright.

I had a good experience at Concept Car Credit, and the collection process was good. I dealt with a guy called Gary, he was helpful. The finance process was good and it was all sorted within a couple of hours.

Overall, the experience was brilliant. I don’t remember who I dealt with, apologies, I believe it was Kyle, he went out his way to help me out, especially with the credit. He basically gave me faith and found the exact kind of car I wanted, the KIA Sportage. The car has a couple of small issues with one of the doors, the rear heated seats, one of the seatbelt buckles that’s stuck and some sluggishness when starting that I need to get in touch with the dealership about but I haven’t gotten around to doing it. I could tell he was working really hard behind the scenes to get everything setup and sorted for me. The whole process only took a couple of days, the car was delivered to me literally within a few days of when I was accepted. I am really grateful for the support from him and I feel bad for not actually remembering his name.

Having recently purchased a Mercedes A-Class from Concept Car Credit back in January, I've had a few issues, if I'm honest, ranging from a squeaking noise coming from the wheel to having too much oil in the engine. I'm in the process of going through the warranty and have been back and forth with the dealership. In regard to the buying experience, there was no problem, it was a quick, easy process, so based on everything, I'd give my experience a 3-star rating.

Since purchasing the Ford Kuga, I have had issues, but the aftersales has been helpful at getting them resolved, and I believe it has now been fixed. Gaz at concept car credit was very helpful throughout the process and even know I've had an issue id give it full marks

Getting on alright with the Citroën C4, had an intermittent parking system fault that I'm keeping an eye on. In regard to the experience whilst buying the Citroën at Concept Car Credit, it was very good. I got all my questions answered and went on a test drive. 5 stars.

I am enjoying my new Mercedes C-Class. I've got a couple of issues that they are sorting, so that's all good, and whilst I was at Concept, the experience was lovely, and I'd give it 5 out of 5 stars.
