The Renault Megane has been brilliant to be fair. It was nice to go with a family-run business, as they were really lovely and took care of me. Unlike the other dealerships who I spoke with, they didn’t bombard me with texts but took the time to speak to me over the phone. This was really good for me when sorting out the finance, as I have dyslexia, which can make filling in loads of forms difficult and overwhelming.

Gaz was a pleasure to deal with there was no pressure he went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we wanted two days before our baby was due . The Nissan Juke has been good. I’ve only had one problem with it. I’m not sure if it was a miscommunication on my behalf or the dealership's side, but I thought the car came with an extended warranty. However, I had to wait a couple of days to get through and find out the warranty was not included. I don’t want to complain too much as they have gotten me back to work. Otherwise, they have been good.

The BMW has some issues with the right speaker and door seal. However, other than that, the 3 Series has been moving perfectly. Due to Fennis and the sales experience with Concept Car, I will 100% be coming back to them for my next car. The customer service was perfect.

The Nissan has been quite good. I’ve had a couple of issues with it, but Concept have been working with me to get the car booked in and the issues resolved. It's been a bit difficult for me to find a good time to book it in due to my work schedule. Concept and Sam have been very understanding and took me through the whole finance process, explaining everything and was quite flexible with payments.
