LIE TO YOU JUST LIKE APPARENTLY STEVE SAID ABOUT JOE, SALEMENS LIED ABOUT CONTACTING THE FINANCE COMPANY TO SORT OUT THE SETTLEMENT FIGURE, I HAD TO ASK THE FINANCE COMPANY IF THE DEALERSHIP DID RING AND THEY CLAIMED THEY DIDN'T THEREFORE THEY ARE LIARS, THEY DON'T GET BACK TO YOU, CONSTANTLY CHASING THEM FOR 10 DAYS WITH 0 RESPONSE, ONLY SAYING WILL GET BACK TO YOU. WOULDNT RECOMMEND, THINK TWICE BUYING FROM THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY.

My partner bought a car less than 6 months ago. A serious fault developed and even though under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 it is the dealers responsibility to repair or replace the vehicle, we were offered £500 to fix a £1350 fault or cover the costs ourselves to bring the car back to them to fix (8 hour round trip!) the sales team were unprofessional, unhelpful and damn right rude, avoiding our calls and cutting us off at every opportunity. I would think very carefully about purchasing a car from this company as I believe they are knowingly selling sub par cars at high prices in the hope that their customers won’t know their legal rights. It’s dealerships like this that give second hand dealerships a bad name. The Director Christian Barry WOODHAMS should be ashamed of himself and his sales team!

When an issue was reported with the vehicle, we worked with you and ultimately agreed to unwind the deal in full, providing a complete refund as a goodwill resolution and in line with ur commitment to customer care.
Throughout the process, we remained helpful and responsive. While there were occasions where we were unable to answer calls immediately due to a high volume of enquiries over a short period, we did continue to engage and work toward a resolution.
We strongly refute any suggestion that we knowingly sell sub-standard vehicles or act improperly. We take our legal responsibilities seriously and always aim to resolve matters fairly and professionally.
We regret that you remain unhappy despite receiving a full refund and wish you all the best moving forward.

This was my first time buying from a car dealership and I have to say the service was exceptional. Dana was efficient and provided an excellent and stress free purchase aswell as the manager James been extremely informative regarding finance options and contract terms. Would 100% recommend. In terms of the car I’ve had it 2 weeks and so far there is nothing negative to report and I’m over the moon with my purchase.

Hi ask for a decent size SUV car has I have 3 teenage daughters and they send me a small SUV car where you can only fit 2 people in the back and now they are refusing to exchange it so I’ll have to terminate my contract
