I’ve had no issues with v12 sports and classics. I went on their website and checked trust pilot to begin with, I heard a lot of great reviews. I also appreciated how easy it was to navigate through there website which was the easiest part. Not only just that but because I financed the car, they accepted my application which made my experience 10x better because I wasn’t planning to finance. They gave me advise which was helpful, I never thought a dealership could be that understanding. Overall, the experience was fabulous!

I was looking for the right type of car for a decent deal and V12 seemed to offer the best deal. When we was there, we were working with a tight time frame, and they turned it round really fast with good service. I never drove an electric automatic before and Edward guided me throughout the test drive which I found really good.

I had my last car for 2 and a half years so due a change. I’m getting used to the Tesla slowly, it’s my first electric car. The car featured everything I was looking for regarding mileage, color and the right age. Ric I dealt with was absolutely fine, he did good!

I seen it online and they offered decent prices. I originally had a polestar before however it was swapped with a jaguar due to the issues with the heating or windscreen not working. Jessica who I dealt with very good just I wish they would have double checked everything.

When I was looking on Autotrader we found that V12 Sports and classics offered a good range of electric vehicles and was quite near to me. The way I was treated I felt was good and the guys were accommodating, making a good deal which I was happy with.

The pole star I got is brilliant, I can’t complain with it. It’s been a great car. V12 offered a tempting price for the vehicle and when I heard it was the biggest family-owned car dealership I thought id give it a look. Customer service was good and Jessica who dealt with me was nice and sound throughout the test drive, overall smooth process.

Purchased a car from here on 11th Feb. While on the test drive the salesman noted that the rear view parking camera was covered in dirt which completely obstructed the view out of the camera. He stated that this would be rectified before I took the vehicle home. When I returned home and tried to reverse into my parking space I discovered the camera was still covered in dirt and that infact the dirt was inside the camera. Also the drivers side front window was malfunctioning and was stuck halfway way open. I contacted the after sales team that evening. It is now 6 days later and despite various phone calls and emails have still not heard from the After Sales team at all.

My new BMW X4 has been sound so far, touch wood. I was happy with the customer service and would probably use them again in the future.
