All going well with my car, satisfied with the specifications it comes with! The customer service side of thing of things was okay however I believe there was a couple of things where it could be stronger just by being more professional.

I’m really happy with the Q4 e-tron! I have contacted after sales 2 days after I purchased It regarding missing charging cable, missing car mats and regarding the missing spare key. When I went down to view the car I had to wait for the car to be cleaned. Other than that the car has been really good and I’m enjoying it.

When I was looking around for a new car the Polestar 2 caught my eye, I’ve been getting on very well with it. There was a bit of waiting around during the process but the salesperson and finance lady at V12 in Worksop were good.

The Mini is fine, I am pleased with it. In retrospect I don’t think we needed some of the extras we ended up getting and I’m not happy with the compulsory package with the tracker and etc. Sophie was excellent during the sales process and I can’t fault her. She even had organized some work on the car for us.

All good with the car. I like overall how convenient and how nice to drive the Tesla’s are. V12 were the closest to me that had reasonable prices. Staff were good, talked through the parts and worked with me to get the car on the day which was nice. I gave four stars as Id liked a quicker process with the paperwork instead if waiting few hours but It was all done really well.

My experience was great. I’ve not received my log book yet but I will chase the dealership. Kelton was a lovely lad, he was very helpful, very friendly, approachable and rang me back when he said he was going to. A wing mirror was cracked and the day after I picked up the car I went back to V12 for a replacement. It was a quick process to collection. I took out the extended warranty but that felt alittle bit pushy. The sales process was fine but let down by the Admin side so gave four star rating.
