Recently I got my Mercedes A-Class from Ponko and so far it's been going good. I've arranged to bring the car back to Ponko next week because I've had the engine management light come on a couple of times, so just wanted to get it checked. But the team has been really nice to deal with and everyone has been lovely to deal with.

I had a great experience (5). I love driving the car and all of you were fantastic.

I can't remember the salesman that looked after me but his service was really good and I can't fault it. The only thing I need to follow up on is a space key because I was told that I would get 2, but it only came with one. Otherwise, the car has been all good and driving well.

5 good communication throughout.

Everything with my BMW has been going good and it's a wonderful motor, it does what it needs. It was to my understanding that the wheels and the body work was going to get done but I don't think it was but they did knock some money off for the wheels. Overall the team at Ponko were great and I was happy with there service.

I received great service from the staff at Ponko would definitely recommend to others if wanting to buy a car and trading an old one in.

So far everything with my sons car from Ponko is going good. He's learning in it for the moment but we haven't had any issues. Everything was done online but I was very happy with the process. It was delivered on time and even the delivery guy was great.

4 out of 5 stars because they didn't necessarily know much about the car as I would of liked but Haydn was all good and everything else went good.

I had some minor issues with the car at the beginning, but the dealership managed to get everything sorted. They were upfront about the repair timeline, which ended up taking around three weeks. While the wait was a bit long, they apologised and even extended the warranty as a gesture of goodwill, which I really appreciated. There was a bit of miscommunication during the process as I had to chase them a couple of times for updates. The car is now running perfectly, and the overall buying experience was positive. I’m happy with the vehicle and thankful for the time and effort they put into making things right. I’m giving 4.5 stars, mainly due to the communication, but otherwise, a good experience.

I can fully recommend Ponko. A great experience from start to finish with Haydn. Having only given 2 hours notice to see the car I was interested in, I was very pleased to see it looking immaculate and parked outside the entrance when I arrived. I was able to review the paperwork for the car in a relaxed, modern space, over a coffee, before taking it for a test drive. The process of agreeing a price for my part exchange and warranty package was fair. 5 weeks later and I remain delighted with my purchase and the experience I had from Ponko.
