Junction17 have a great selection of very tempting cars. They had prepared the car for me to view and i was able to drive it away the same day as the viewing. Matt was very helpful.

Reserved a vehicle using the £99 option due to travel distance. Upon arrival, Matt pulled the vehicle out and left me alone with keys to evaluate the car. Some warning lights were on and the roof wasn’t working, along with all four wheels requiring refurbishment. Matt ensured all were resolved prior to collection a week later, and the wheels were done to a professionally high standard. Overall service was excellent, with no pushy sales. Like others, I had read some mixed reviews, but I could not fault the service provided. I drove home 80 miles, and the car was brilliant.

Ian from the finance team was terrific—they explained everything clearly and went above and beyond to get my finance agreement approved. I needed a new car for my mum, especially one that could comfortably fit her wheelchair in the boot, and Ian made the whole transition seamless.
