We did return the first car we got from V12 as the air conditioning was not working and it could not be fixed. However, they were really good at helping us find a different vehicle. We received a partial refund from the original one, as there was a usage fee since we had the car for two and a half months. We then purchased the Mazda. Since having it, everything has been working perfectly and we are very happy with it, so it all came to a good resolution in the end.

It was a little busy, but I still got seen in a reasonable time. Max was very helpful, friendly, and professional. There was never any pressure on the sale from him.
The car was lovely and clean before I left with it. I am giving a 4 out of 5, as there is always room for improvement.

Not using the car yet as I will be changing the plates. Surprised to discover the road fund premium (£400) due to cost price when new: think someone might have mentioned this.

The sale went smoothly, and was quick enough for a same day drive away. I have been using the vehicle daily and so far is driving okay. The sales person was Kelton, and they were efficient and very kind.
