Amazing!! I visited Essex Prestige based on a recommendation, and I'm glad I did. There were a few cars that I was looking at, but the additional features on the Audi A5 are what I fell in love with. The team was patient and not overbearing while the whole deal was being processed. I like it when sales teams aren't trying to oversell. Richard made sure I was happy with my choice by following up with me the following week with a phone call.

I ordered my Merc through Auto Trader, and it was solid. They got some nice cars available. I’m definitely thinking about coming back for my next one.

Great experience at Essex Prestige whilst in the process of buying my new pickup. After a quick look around the fords they offered me a test drive which made the decision even easier to go ahead with the Ford Ranger. The whole wide process was stress free what more would you want from a dealership.

The staff at Essex Prestige couldn't of been any easier to get along with while I was at the dealership. I was looking for a Tesla, and they had a great selection. Definitely some of the best stock around!
The process was faultless and within just 20 minutes the paperwork was completed.
Fantastic, there was no delay in getting my tesla on the road.

Travelled from Manchester to visit Essex Prestige, which is nearly a 9-hour round trip. I was originally looking on Autotrader and decided to visit their website directly. I was very impressed with the stock they had. I then headed down there to look at an SUV, but I saw the Mercedes-Benz GLE and just had to buy it. While I was handling the paperwork, the team was very helpful and answered every question I had. They were eager to broker a deal that suited both of us. Definitely a dealership I'd happily recommend.

Everything's been good so far with my Tesla, apart from someone running into the back of me just 5 days after collection!!! Besides my recent accident, I can't fault the team at Essex Prestige. They were very helpful throughout the purchase process and even offered to have it delivered to me. They pointed out a slight scuff on one of my alloys, but have agreed to refurbish it at a later date to work around me and my schedule. I'm very pleased with everything they've done for me so far, and am praying I get the car back from the bodyshop soon.

It was a long trip for me as I flew over from Ireland to visit Essex Prestige but it was worth it as they have the best Range Rovers on the market! The finance process was agreed and sorted before I flew over, which sped things up. I thought the staff were amazing and very understanding that I needed a quick turn around. The car was clean and well-valeted. I would give them 5 stars! I would definitely come back and buy again. My partner is currently browsing their website, so hopefully I will be back soon.
