I had a long journey to Wigan from Scotland to collect my Tesla from Phantom Motor Company, but it was worth it. There were a couple of initial issues with the car, but I have to give Phantom Motor Company credit because they sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. I found this dealership through Instagram, and it was certainly a great find.

Brilliant communication with Lewis; he sorted everything out for me. The Volvo's how it is supposed to be, and they valeted it to a good standard. The car was like new when I picked it up. A five star service from beginning to end.

Initial impressions of my BMW are positive. I've only had a couple of drives so far, including the journey back from Wigan to the West Midlands, but it's been great. The service I received from Jon, my salesperson, was brilliant. He was always quick to respond to calls and messages, he made sure the car was well prepared, and he was there when I needed him. Excellent customer service all round.
