I've had numerous compliments on my new BMW from Essex Prestige since I drove it off the forecourt! It's is proving itself as a brilliant car and working well for me. Th staff in the dealer when I was there were very busy at the but still managed to cover everything for us and nothing was to much for them.

I was recommended to this dealership by my brother in law who has used Essex Prestige a few times for his cars. On the day we went to Essex Prestige to have a browse of there stock the salesman was quite stretched as he was on his own, but did fabulously getting to us and giving us a great service. With his guidance I got a really nice BMW and I'm enjoying the drive.

The experience that Nick at Essex Prestige provided to me was nice and quick and was on top of things that there was the option to drive away the same day, which I bit his hand of for. There were a couple of issues with the Evoque as is to be expected from an older car, but the team at the dealership were quick to sort out so I can't grumble.

I'm more than happy with my Audi A5, I got a light on the dash yesterday and was pleased to find it had a feature I wasn't even aware of so that was a nice surprise! Speaking of nice surprises, it was a hassle-free experience buying from Nick at Essex Prestige. Car buying as it should be.
