Due to where I live, I did everything over the phone, but Brad was really informative and arranged delivery of the car. The guy who delivered it was a true gentleman and made the handover seamless. 

After spotting the VW Transporter on eBay, I was thrilled to see it in person and find it was exactly as I expected. The team at Phantom Motor Company were brilliant, they got everything sorted quickly, and the car was ready for collection at the agreed time.
