I'm quite happy with the SEAT from concept. There was a bit of a mix-up throughout the process, we ordered an automatic but was given a manual instead but this was resolved. I also found the customer service quite helpful throughout.

The BMW has been good, His customer service was great, he was fast, friendly and easy! I would consider going back there again 5 stars 😊

The Kia is prefect not many problems, I will say that in the boot the shelf if a little flimsy, but I can sort that out myself. Other than that, I have had no problems. The customer service was fine they answered all my questions. I would go back too Concept Car Credit!

So far its been a good experience, the Citroen we purchased from concept drives smooth. It was a fast in and out process, just waiting for the manager to sort my fuel for the journey I had to make. They were really polite, well mannered and we had a bit of a laugh too.

5 the way the agent dealt with me from start to finish

It was an absolutely brilliant experience! I saw Concept online and I'd heard of them before, it was just so simple, they bent over backwards for me. Fetha who dealt with me was brilliant. It was an easy process overall!

The service that Dan after sales and Kieren in finance provided was 1st class. Nothing was to much trouble and was always on the end of the phone to help me when needed. Recommend concept to anybody

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you all and especially the 2 lovely gents I was dealing with that made me getting my dream car happen. I've been so happy this past week thanks to them- it doesn't even feel real when I get in my car to go to work in the morning! I know they worked really hard trying to make it happen as my credit score is absolutely awful. I don't know how they did it, but they did and I can't thank them enough. They were so lovely to deal with, so polite, when i was talking to the gent on the phone / WhatsApp, it felt like i was just talking to a friend. Up to now my rating is 4. It would be a 5 but there are a few electrical faults that need to be dealt with. Concept are aware of this. These faults didn't exist until I went back for a computer update. The inconvenience of having to travel back to them to get this sorted is annoying. I work nights so I'm having to take my car to them driving whilst tired. Otherwise they have been brilliant
