So far my car has been brilliant for my daily commute to work and at the moment I haven't come across any issues. Everyone I had the chance to speak to had been really good, but Barry was the main salesman on the day, who helped the decision making process that little bit easier by offering me a test drive before going ahead with the car.

Really impressed with my Audi Q3. Thank you to Kevin for making the whole process so smooth. He was honestly unreal and made life so much easier. His communication was really good over Whatsapp, I've got no complaints.

Jon has been brilliant to deal with while I was at Phantom Motor Company. I had an issue at the start with my spare key not working and although it hasn't fixed the fault, his help was appreciated. I just need to get back in touch to follow up on this. Otherwise the car has been going well and I'm really enjoying the RR.

Very happy with my experience with this dealership. Me and my partner come to view the Volvo XC50 they had after seeing it online. This is when we were met with Jon, who's communication throughout was brilliant. We always knew where we stood with the car and I've had no complaints.

Since owning my Audi I did have to take it back to Phantom as it developed a fault but the team were really helpful at getting the car back, looked at and repaired with no pushback. Since having the repair done the car has been great and I'm really impressed with the service.
