All good with the Audi A5 that I purchased back in March, I like the car. I would rate my buying experience at Concept Car Credit a five stars.

Sam was the first point of contact, she was great. I was then dealing with someone else who completed the sale. They were both very polite and professional. Based on that, I'd recommend Concept Car Credit to others who are looking to purchase a car.

All has been good with the BMW 3 series, and so was the experience at the dealership. I would be happy to recommend it.

I would like to highly recommend thos company for a buying the car. Consulting process was very quick and pleasant, especially with Omar. He was very helpful, patiently explained whole process , sent several different options and advised which one will be more suitable for me. The collection of car was done nicely without issues , all documentation ready upon my arrival and car was clean and serviced. Highly recommend.

Concept Car Credit offered me finance online, they showed me a few cars, I chose the one and they delivered it on the back of a truck. I did have an issue with the car, but they have been fair in helping me with it. Sam who I dealt with was lovely, the team have all been great with me.

I did initial have some issues with some red lights that have come up but concept are sorting this out for me , they were most definitely good and quite responsive when I brought the issues up with them. Just all around good service throughout and no pressure whatsoever. It would be a five star rating from me in all fairness.

My BMW 1 series is getting on perfectly, I don't drive it as much as I would like as I'm away with work allot. The customer service I was provided with was brilliant! I applied for finance online, they got in touch with me and went through everything - it was spot on!
