I had an Audi A3 which kept breaking down, and I couldn't get it repaired again, so I was looking on AutoTrader for the same spec of A3, which I found advertised at V12 Sports and Classics Worksop. I love the car, Leo was great at the dealership, and I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

On the day when I was buying the Ford Focus, it was all good and I was happy with that side of things. Unfortunately, shortly after purchase, I had to take the car into a garage, as its brake pads needed to be changed. I did contact them and was told to go through warranty, but I had to do it myself, as I need the car for work, so I needed it done asap. So I'd give my experience 3.5 stars, as I am happy with the service and the car.

Since buying the Nissan Qashqai, it's been really good to drive. I have driven past V12 Sport and Classics loads of times, as I am local to them. When we were at the dealership, it was all good. One bit of feedback is I felt the process was a bit longer than expected, the person I was dealing with had to keep going to the main office to get information and then come back to us. Still a good 4-star rating.

The wife is really enjoying the Jaguar E-Pace. We were having a look on Autotrader to see what it was that she wanted and came across the Jag. They were really nice people at V12, and I thought they came across really well. No reason not to give it 5 stars.

I had the Tesla Model 3 and recently upgraded to a Tesla Model Y. The reason was I needed a bigger boot and for it to be easier to get things in and out. I got the car the same day as purchase, so I was at V12 for about 4 hours. Tony was a nice bloke and explained everything he needed to.

I was recommended to V12 from my niece, who bought a car from them about 6 months ago. We were just browsing when we came across the Ford Kuga. Gernell was who we dealt with, and he was a lovely lad. The only thing that I would mention is we were told if there was an issue with the car to take it to a different dealer instead of them, which is not very convenient, I don't think, but no issues so far.

Getting on really well with the Nissan Qashqai. Nothing much to report really other than it was a good experience and it was a straightforward process. 4 out of 4

I really like my new VW Golf. I needed a new car, as my previous one broke. What stood out to me at the dealership was we didn't have an appointment and still got seen fairly quickly. The service was really good, it was a quick, smooth process, and everyone we spoke to had a lot of car knowledge, and based on all that, I'd give it 5 stars.

Unfortauntly 2 weeks after buying the car, I was rear-ended! I was so frustrated but the car got sorted through the insurance, even though the paint that they have used is slightly darker - which is annoying me, but that said I am ok and that's the main thing. I must say when I went to buy the Kia a couple of weeks prior to this the sales process was so quick, it did help that I knew exactly what I wanted, but the turnaround was about half an hour thanks to Jamie. This was my first time using V12, my Grandson actually has a part time job there, but hoping to get a full time position soon. So if I'm after another car in the future, I would go back and get my grandson to help me out.
