Got no issues, service down there is excellent and the guys down there are really good who got me in the car I wanted. I just wanted a change from the 5 series that I also got from Phantom into something a bit faster and after speaking to the owner down who said they had a couple of cars coming in, I went down to pick the one I wanted. Plus, when I got the 5 series off them, I had a really good experience. Everyone's just dead friendly, they make you feel welcome and just sort it out for you. Dylan's a top bloke who sat me down to run through all the figures and got it all sorted. It has to be a 5, I’ll be staying with them.

After seeing the X5 online it was exact spec I wanted as we needed a 7 seater with my family growing and its an upgrade over my A Class that I had. I have a had a few issues with the SOS button on the cars the middle row seats they don't go all the way back the way back again, but those are small issues and to be honest the minute I walked in to Phantom the service was good and just made the whole process really smooth

The customer service at Phantom Motors was really friendly and not pushy at all. The Mercedes is running well other than when the car come there was supposed to be a tyre kit but it never turned up and it should have come with the car but other than that honestly it’s been great, really good people.

Touch wood the Jaguar is running alright so far aha, I’ve had no problems at all I went to go see the car at Phantom Motor Company and took it on a test drive and got distracted by all the others cars, Gary was absolutely great, really welcoming, laid back and not pushy five stars definitely.

I'm getting the car washed as I'm writing the review and as I've said to my friend, it’s the best car I've ever had. I had a V8 before for about 4 years which was a little more tired than this one, it’s a 1 owner car and it drives like its brand new, it’s absolutely mint. I sold my old Range Rover to a friend of mine, bought a BMW because I was convinced I wanted the new one and realized I made a mistake so I went online saw this car, talked to your man John who assured me it was good and true to his word it was mint, I'm made up with it. I won’t be back in hurry because I want to keep this haha. I've had a lot of cars in my time, and I've never seen a car as tidy, 10 out of 10 for Phantom.

Previously had an A6, it was getting a bit big for me, so I went with the A4, and it has been superb a great car, I must say. Longin was fantastic, he talked me through. I drove down from Cumbria. When I got there, I noticed there was an issue with the back door handle, and he got it into the garage across the road immediately and got it repaired.

Absolutely perfect, couldn't fault Phantom. I have had a few cars off them now, I keep going between BMWs and Range rovers. But each time I have purchased from here, I have had no issues, really good company. Their sales process is great. All the staff are equally as good as one another. They aren't too close of a dealership to me about a hour away, but they are trustworthy and have a great selection of amazing cars, so it is always worth the journey down. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would. Highly recommend them.
