I was never rushed, and they took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was happy with everything. Easy 5* for me. 

After visiting the guys at Concept Car Credit a few years ago, I was keen to visit them again for my upgrade. Gaz, who I dealt with previously, assisted me again this time, and he was brilliant. He answered any questions I had and made sure to communicate everything clearly to me. I am really happy with my new Volkswagen, and I will definitely be going back to Gaz and the guys in the future. 

Concept Car Credit truly exceeds expectations when it comes to customer service. I recently acquired a Kia Rio from them, and I must say, their service was exceptional. Since I preferred to see the car in person before making a decision, Concept Car Credit generously covered my train ticket to view it. When the car was delivered, it was in pristine condition. I would be more than happy to return to them in the future.

Last month, I purchased a Nissan Juke from Concept Car Credit, and I couldn't be happier with my new car. I spent a long time looking for the perfect model and colour, and luckily I saw that Concept Car Credit was advertising one. I have known the guys for a while, as I have had a few cars from them over the years, and I knew from previous experience that I would be well looked after, and Gaz was brilliant; I couldn't fault him. Concept car credit will be my first point of contact in the future.
