While I haven't necessarily enjoyed dealing with sales people in the past, Frederick at Ponko was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we walked in there was no pressure and no one jumped on us like you get in some places. It was nice to sit down for a proper appointment and not be rushed at all. When I shop for a car I like to bring my dad along for help, and some dealers have had a habit of speaking to him and totally ignoring me - even though the car is for me!
