My old car was written off, so I was in need of a new car. I went with the BMW 1 Series, I'm loving it so far. The salesman really stood out to me, he was brilliant and went through everything and the documentation was all straightforward. No problem giving it full marks

The BMW is amazing I do need to get my battery replaced and they have told me to get if fixed and they will pay it for me which is good. The customer service at Customer Car Credit is good Gaz answered all my questions. Five stars I can’t see any problems.

I was originally looking for a 7 seater but went for a Mercedes in the end. Happy with the car, it's fast, which I like. The customer service was good. The lady at the dealership stayed open for me as I got stuck in traffic which i appreciated.

My clutch went on my old car, so I needed a new car. The team at Concept Car Credit were lovely, there was an issue with my address, and they were helpful and managed to get it sorted, which I was grateful for. If I were to buy a car in the future, I'd potentially go back to Concept.

The Vauxhall Astra has been driving brilliantly. What stood out was just how good the guys were at the dealership. I can't remember the salesman's name off the top of my head, but he answered every question I had. I've already been speaking to my sister, as she is looking to buy a car, so I've recommended her to Concept Car Credit.
