Previously had an A6, it was getting a bit big for me, so I went with the A4, and it has been superb a great car, I must say. Longin was fantastic, he talked me through. I drove down from Cumbria. When I got there, I noticed there was an issue with the back door handle, and he got it into the garage across the road immediately and got it repaired.

Absolutely perfect, couldn't fault Phantom. I have had a few cars off them now, I keep going between BMWs and Range rovers. But each time I have purchased from here, I have had no issues, really good company. Their sales process is great. All the staff are equally as good as one another. They aren't too close of a dealership to me about a hour away, but they are trustworthy and have a great selection of amazing cars, so it is always worth the journey down. If I could give them a 6 out of 5 I would. Highly recommend them.

I was impressed with the service, there was a few issues but Gary got it sorted for me and everything was done within a few days. He was a nice guy to deal with. When I did get the car it was valeted nicely. I can't really fault my experience with Phantom. The car itself has a knocking noise coming from the engine, it is just something I am keeping my eye on and if it is a major issue I feel confident that I can get back in contact with the dealership for them to help me sort. I would give Phantom a 5 out of 5.

Loving the BMW M2 when I drive it, I only drive it at the weekends. I'm currently changing a few bits on it, I'm going to put a spoiler on it and put a few carbon fibre bits on the car. In regard to my experience on the day, Longin was great, and everything got sorted out for me.

We recently bought a Tesla Model X from Phantom. Amir was helpful on the day, and there were no dramas. We had an issue with the door and contacted the warranty, who then advised us they only cover engines, which doesn't make sense considering I bought a Tesla. So based on everything, I'd give my experience a 4-star rating.

Amir was helpful, just a cool guy no pressure from him was a straightforward process. I did have an issue initially so just took the car to range rover who did a system update for me and then everything was fine. I am pleased with the car, it is great to drive. Overall my experience I would give a 5/5.

I would rate my experience a 4/5. The reason being was that when I arrived at the dealership after travelling down from Scotland and I had to wait over 2 hours to get the car while they fitted some new parts. I think the organisation could have been better asd they knew what time I was coming down so I felt it should have been prepared for when I arrived. It was chelsea that I was dealing with and in fairness to her she couldn't have done anything to speed up the process, she was as helpful as she could be. It was just frustrating as it was cold and I was with my young son. They did offer me a coffee etc while I was waiting and actually since having the car everything has been fine, just some areas could be improved to make it a seamless transaction.

The customer service at Phantom Motor Company is really good perfect. The cars been amazing it was just all amazing! five stars.
