A very professional and swift service. All the staff are great, helpful and friendly, who arranged my purchase. There were very informative, clear and responsive. I’d been to other dealerships who were not at all helpful so this was much welcomed. Without a shadow of doubt I would return here again to buy another car and pass on my recommendations to anyone else I know wanting to get a new car as well.

Thank you to salesman I think his name was Naz that helped me to pick a car that was perfect for me, he made the process so easy from start to finish. Before purchasing my Lexus RX from this dealership I had an Audi Q7. My friend had a Lexus and I drove it a few times and fell in love with it because of how it performs and how comfortable and spacious they are so I decided that I had to buy one myself. I was extremely happy with how well they treated me at Essex Prestige and all the staff their were so friendly and helpful. I got to take the car for a nice test drive and things went so well that I signed all of the paperwork and off I went in my new car. It was a simple, fast and stress free process and i'm very happy to have chose this company to do business with.

I would 100 percent recommend Essex Prestige in Harlow to everyone. I recently had my first car purchase from them and from start to finish it was perfect. The salesman did exactly what he said he would do and the handover was also excellent. The Mercedes is stunning, it is lovely to drive and I would have no reservations about coming back here again to do future business with them.

I bought a new business car through Essex Prestige and overall it has been great, I have travelled 2000 miles give or take so far, no issues to date.
The team in the garage were great, very good at getting everything over the line, holding the car for me while I was on holiday and facilitating delivery for when I can home.
Very happy overall!

It's been really fulfilling to deal with Essex Prestige, I got my Mercedes from them a couple months back, the car is great, transitions smoothly through the gears, the interior is really smart, and overall it's a really nice, professional looking car.
The staff were really polite and curious, allowed me to take the car on a decent test drive and couldn't do enough for me in store. I have had a couple issues including the check engine light has come on, I've got a slow puncture and the car looks like it's potentially been resprayed however, overall the experience has been really good and I'm sure when I have time to contact the dealer they will help me out with my issues.

I visited Essex Prestige after seeing a stunning BMW M8 on their website, the dealership was a little difficult for me to find and It took roughly 6 weeks for our new log book to arrive however, the car was in excellent condition, the support we received throughout the whole process was exceptional.

Essex Prestige are the dealership for me!
In love with my new RS3, purchased one back in March which unfortunately had to be returned due to some irreparable problems which neither me or Essex could foresee.
What should have been an incredibly stressful experience ended up being very smooth and relatively stress free.
I would definitely use Essex Prestige again in future.
