Nick has been excellent, the dealership was very clean and welcoming and I love my new Mercedes C300 AMG. I've had Mercedes previously and had my mind set on a newer C300 but Essex Prestige had a slightly older AMG model which was in such pristine condition, I couldn't say know.
Essex Prestige really living up to the prestigious name!

I've always had Range Rovers and don't think I will have anything different, I have had a couple minor issues with the car but Range Rovers aren't the most reliable of motors, it's a used car and Essex Prestige have been very good in helping with the issues I have had.
Can't fault Essex Prestige if I tried and Nick was a pleasure to deal with too, speak to Nick if you’re looking for a new motor in the area.

What’s not to love? great cars on offer, staff are really friendly and informative while making decisions.
I bought a Range Rover Velar, I have had a minor issue with the reversing camera going fussy when I go back into park or drive, going to call this week to look at this under warranty and I'm sure this will be as stress free as the sales process.

Top service start to finish!
I originally wanted the C63 but due to working on the docks and the number of birds I didn't think the soft roof would be suitable. I settled on a BMW M4 and it's great, I'm driving it daily commuting and haven't encountered any issues yet.
Big thanks to Nick, He really looked after me in the dealership.

I went to Essex Prestige with the intention of walking away with a car same day. I saw a Mercedes CLA which they had an instantly knew that was the car I was going home with.
I am very happy with the service I have received and aside from a few scratches which I hadn't noticed initially and an engine management light coming on after a couple weeks, the car is perfect.
I have inquired with the dealership about the engine management light although, I haven't had the time to take this in as they requested.

I have been int he car game for 30+ years and work as a VW mechanic.. As far as dealerships go, these guys are on the ball. The cars condition was spot on, I had a couple of wear and tear bits go but they sent the parts out straight away for me to replace and all in all, I have no complaints.
I love the golf GTD, I had one before but needed the newer model to remain ULEZ compliant.
