There wasn't anything in particular that I would change about my experience at Concept, it went okay. My Mercedes gets used every day, so I've put some miles on the car since I got it last month, and everything is running as it should.

I use my Nissan Juke every day, and I'm so happy with it! There isn't anything more I could of asked for from the team because the customer service was amazing! I was kept in the loop at all times, and they really paid attention to what I was looking for in a car.

It was my first time using this company and other than signing a couple of pieces of paperwork, there wasn't much else to do it was very straightforward.
