I purchased a beautiful BMW 2 Series, I love driving it I just need a few bits of the cosmetic side of things touching up but that's just me ahha. I was dealing with Nick and he was brilliant with me, I can not fault him in the slightest. I would use Essex Prestige any day of the week and recommend to anyone that is o the hunt for new car. The service was impeccable to say the least. Essex Prestige is such a good quality garage with good quality cars.

I am loving the Testa Model 3 it is a dream. I am always loving my long drives from London to Manchester in it! The process was very quick, I did all of my application on line then I got a message to say my car was ready, that was that and I was on my way to pick it up. These guys were so good on the phone and great at communication! Very much appreciated!

I purchased a great little Abarth 595, it is great. A fun filled little car, i did have to sharpen up a few little things up n the car but expected, the car is second hand. I was dealing with Dawn during the transaction which was so easy and smooth, she seems to know her stuff for sure.
I can recommend Dawn and the rest of the team down at Essex Prestige confidently!

Everything's up and running smoothly! I'm getting along well with my first car, and it's been a great experience so far. The customer service was helpful and friendly throughout, making the whole process go smoothly. The only thing I noticed was that I didn't pay for the extended warranty when I purchased the car.
Overall, I'd rate the company a 5. They took good care of me, and I'm satisfied with how things turned out.

Smooth sailing so far! No issues, even got the wheel sorted without any hassle. Customer service was both helpful and friendly. I can't complain – when I called about a wheel concern, they asked me to come in right away. A solid 5 stars from me. I've already recommended them to around 5 people, and 2 have already taken my advice and are equally pleased. Good stuff!
