To say the least I'm very very happy with the purchase of my Audi Q3! - I've not had the car that long but I've already been on holiday with it so I reckon I've added 1000 miles to the clock in the first 3 weeks. Thank you to Anthony for providing me with a great service. Everything he did on the day was spot on and remained professional throughout.

I'm getting on really well with my new car and the service I had while I was at Ponko was excellent, as the salesman went through everything with me in detail and answered all the questions I had to ask. I would be happy to come back and purchase another car.

The team was busy on the day because it was a weekend but they were still very accommodating and made plenty of time for me while I was at the dealership. I needed a quick turn around on the car as I was in desperate need of one and Anthony did just that. All of the paperwork was carried out quickly and without any delays. My Ford Mondeo has been a great and I'm happy with it.

Ponko did nothing wrong while I was enquiring about the car, so it wouldn't be fair to give them anything less than 5*. As for the Audi A1 I drove away with, it's been a great can for the work miles I've put on it. I look forward to giving it a good runout at some point.

I absolutely love my Mini Cooper ❤️ I've not had a car like this before but it's been amazing. Thank you to the team at the dealership for the great service while I was getting the Mini. This was my first time owning a hybrid car, but I thought the customer service from the team was great because they were very patient with me and attended to all of my questions before I made the purchase. When I drove away, there was a noise I wasn't sure about but after taking it to Halfords they give it the all clear and advised it's running normal for a hybrid. There are a few bits I'm still getting used to, but Ill work them out.
