After I found Essex Prestige on the internet, from the moment I made contact with them to collecting my Mercedes I found Dylan to be professional, friendly and the communication with him was fabulous. I have not used this dealership before, I came across them on Auto Trader, there was no complications buying the Mazda MX5 from them, it was really straight forward, they went through all of the paperwork with me and explained everything to me. I am a satisfied customer, I would have no hesitations in returning to them in the future.

Essex Prestige could not have done any more for me, they were so helpful and friendly. Everything was completed when they said it would be, no waiting around and no delays, a really fast and simple purchase. The Golf I bought is sick, it's everything I wanted I'm well chuffed with it. I will definitely be coming back when I want to upgrade this car, but for the time being, I'm going to really enjoy my mean machine.
