ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING .unhelpfull and unreasonable people I purchased a bmw x3 after 3days it had to be transported back to the garage due to a fault.when ask for a refund as i was worried what else may go wrong .absolutely no respect for the law 2015 consumer act .causeing me lots of stress and no car for 7days which is still not sorted they ask me to leave and i wouldnt they got me escorted of there premises by the police .now haveing to go to citizens advise to go through small claims court or tradeing standards. discracefull after sales .

Mrs Careswell, cars are an emotive subject, whether they are new or used, they can fail at any time. Unfortunately it happened to you at this time, we have not refused to help you, however there is a set procedure in place, which has to be followed, and was followed accordingly, your vehicle was diagnosed with an issue relating to a bearing, bearings however can fail at any time, taking into consideration you purchased a vehicle over 10 years old covering excessive mileage. We are currently repairing your vehicle, and yes you were escorted out the premises by police officers as you refused to leave & causing inconvenience to our staff and other members of the public. SHOCKING! I have never dealt with such unreasonable and unhelpful people! Do not use this garage! Very long and tiresome storey, and still is not sorted! They have been very rude and have caused us a lot of stress! If you have any sense you will steer clear from this garage as they are very dishonest!

Shocking experience, brought a car half way home tyre blew out, had to get towed home. Upon replacing tyres i was informed that all of the wheels were buckled and welded incorrectly and unsafely, two worse than others. Out and out refused to help out with the fact i am paying out money under protest to get car back road worthy. Refuse to give me a refund even though its the law against consumer rights act 2015. Seeking legal advice. My advice dont risk using them you may be fine but its just not worth being several thousand pound out of pocket

Its very suprising how individuals can exploit businesses incorrectly on the open media. We work on a simple business theory, Customer satisfaction to be top priority. First of all you purchased a 13 year old vehicle, secondly, you were given the option to bring the vehicle back for full repair. We can guarantee that you won't have any problems with your purchase from our self, as cars can have issues pop up any time, but as a reptubale dealer we can guarantee that any issues that do arise after purchase are always looked into & rectified. Thirdly, I would be more honest and straight forward when posting reviews online.

I know its a 13 year old car which it why i never mentioned the other bit wrong with it. The fact of the matter is you sold me a car with not one but four buckled and unsafe alloys that doesnt come from wear and tear over 13years and You and me both know that you refused to done anythink about the wheels until i got trading standards involved. So dont come on hear spouting about being dishonest. The fact of the matter is the situation has been resovlved and you righted what you wronged. End of story!!

We recognise that cars are an emotive subject, whether they are new or used, they can fail at any time. Unfortunately, MOT’s do not cover the status of wheels, to the best of our knowledge no car dealer will remove tyres off the wheels to inspect the condition of them, it is also possible to drive away from a forecourt with brand new tyres on the car and have a puncture within a few meters and ruin the tyre which could cause possible damage to the rim. We think it is important to note that we did not refused to help, however there is a set procedure in place, which has to be followed, and was followed accordingly and you were reimbursed £500 for the damage to alloys, which we believe was fair, as we can get them repaired or replaced for half the price. Hopefully we have now resolved the issue and you are enjoying your new purchase.

I purchased a BMW X5 from automotion. I was not able to see the vehicle before I made the purchase because of the distance from my home. the vehicle was more than it showed in pictures. all the staff went the extra mile to help me though my problems. I hope to return in a couple of months to get my partner a vehicle from them. I purchased a silver BMW 320cd m sport coupe 2004 from Automotion. These cars can be sensitive so was looking for a good one. Automation where very helpful and delivered my car to Scotland and was very happy with the car. After 2 days a noticed a small oil leak which I was not happy with especially after just getting the car. I informed automation and they told me to take it to a Scottish garage they deal with to have a look. The car needed a new turbo hose at a cost of £300 including man hours. Automation paid for this to be fixed in full and the car has no leak and running great. I would recommend automation for a used German car
I purchased my 2008 CMax from Auto Motion last month after which it had an issue with the DPF filter. As the warranty company didn't cover it (part of the exhaust system) I called Auto Motion & they arranged collection of the car from my home & after some investigatory work replaced the DPF filter, returning the car late on a Friday evening so I had it for the weekend. All at no cost to myself. It is a worry having an issue with a new car but the after sales service I received was excellent & proves that there are decent used car dealers out there. From my experience I would certainly have no issue in recommending them to others.
