After looking online on AutoTrader for a vehicle, I came across Balham, who are actually local to me. I went to view the car and was very pleased that it was exactly as pictured and described. I didn’t feel like they hid anything from me. I am really happy with it and have had no issues. The service from Charlie was also really great.

I'd rate the overall experience at 4 out of 5. I'm very pleased with the Toyota RAV4 and the overall service provided by Balham Cars London. The only comment I would make is that the initial viewing felt a bit rushed and I would have liked a bit more time to review the documents on the vehicle. I'd avoid viewing on a Saturday in future but would not hesitate in buying another car from Balham Cars London. It would be very useful if they accepted payment by credit card in future.
The people we met and dealt with were polite, courteous and helpful. I'd regard Balham Cars London as a trustworthy dealership.

Many thanks for your review and kinds words. You are correct we do receive a high volume of customers on Saturday which means we have to try and stick to 1 hour long appointments, if we pass the hour then we have our next appointment waiting, so apologies for that. Nevertheless we are glad you were happy overall and appreciate the feedback.

No issues with my vehicle so far; I am very happy with it – it’s a great one. The staff were really helpful and sorted out the radio for me with no drama, as it was broken. The whole process was pain-free, with a very quick turnaround. It was very much an in-and-out, no-messing process, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

I have had no issues with the car and have been enjoying driving it. At the dealership, they were very helpful, I had a good test drive, and he showed me everything I need to know regarding the car . It was a quick and effortless process.

I would give 5 stars because the advisor was really helpful in my decision on the day, he was really approachable and nice and easy to talk to. Normally when I go car show room there's a lot of waffling that confuses me. I understand everything that was said and made it easier for me to make my decision. The process was easy and straightforward. I have been and would continue to recommend my friends and family to Balham cars. Thank you! x
