John was brilliant—really helpful, answered all my questions, and was clear about all the different documents I needed to be made aware of. The handover was smooth, and they even did an MOT before I purchased it. First time owning an Astra after coming from a Polo, and everything is going well.

Everything for now has been going well with the my 308. This was the first time visiting Balham and it was a very straightforward process, as I already purchased the car before seeing it. So when I arrived it was as easy as signing a few things and driving away.

The guy was really sweet and looked after me, it made me feel really comfortable throughout the sales process. Even after the sale, there was an issue with a spring that the previous owner fitted on the wrong way but Charlie was quick to get it in and 2 hours later, I had the car back! Thank you Charlie and all the team for a great experience.
