The guy was really sweet and looked after me, it made me feel really comfortable throughout the sales process. Even after the sale, there was an issue with a spring that the previous owner fitted on the wrong way but Charlie was quick to get it in and 2 hours later, I had the car back! Thank you Charlie and all the team for a great experience.

Everything has been fine with my Seat Leon. I did have an issue with a warning light coming on for 'Check right tail light!' but I took it to Halfords and they couldn't see any lights that needed replacing. So everything is all good.

I'm currently getting on very well with my Audi. I did have to come back to the dealership to get the locking wheel nut shortly after the purchase but this was only a small issue and I'm not located too far away from the dealership anyway. I was impressed with the preparation of the car when I came back to collect it because it was ready on the agreed data/ time, so I could drive off without any delays.

So far so good with my little Nissan Note! - I don't tend to drive that many miles, so I can't say I've been on any long trips but it's been great for the time I've had it. I was looking for this specific model so when I saw the car advertised online, I was quick to view it. The whole process was smooth. I've already told a friend of mine to get a car from here because I was that impressed. It was also a quick turnaround, as it only took a couple of days for the car to be prepped and looking like new on collection.

I'm not lying when I say I left the dealership feeling very impressed with the service/ car I received. I can't remember the salesman's name, but he was a real gentleman and even though I turned up without an appointment I still felt really well looked after. He helped to explain all of the paperwork and even helped with sorting the tax out on the car which was great. I'm not far from the Balham Cars London, but it was my first time getting a car from here and I've got no complaints.

I'm very happy to say the least. Since driving away I did have a slight issue with the back window mechanism breaking but since I was in my 5 week window, I contacted the dealership and they were more than happy to get it in and fixed without any pushback. While the issue was getting resolved, I was impressed with the level of communication from the team on when I could expect the work to be finished. Since having my Audi back, it's been perfect.
