Overall I have been pretty happy with my purchase of the Peugeot 208.

Balham Cars London should be having a couple of my friends coming through their doors soon because I've already recommended them to get a car from here. John was more than helpful, he managed to see me at the very last minuet and sold me a great car. My Vauxhall Polo is my new daily car and it's been great! I've got no issues and it's running very smooth. I'd give 10 out of 10 if I could!

I felt very well looked after while I was at the dealership. Charlie made sure that I was well informed about the car before going ahead with the test drive he offered. In the end I took the car out on a little drive and I was happy to go ahead with it, not once did I feel pressured to get the car I really felt that the decision was my own. 5* for sure.

After having a couple of initial problems with the horn and sat van, I got back in touch with the team and they were really quick to respond and get the issues resolved. Since having my car back the issues have disappeared, and I'm getting on very well with the car. I would happily recommend overs to Balham because of the amazing service.

I would have to give 5 stars for my experience because there isn't anything that I would change about my purchase. John was incredibly efficient, and he really helped me out a lot on the day while he was conducting the sale. As for the car, it's been brilliant and I'm still very happy with it.

Charlie couldn't do enough for me and I'm happy to say that I was pleased with the service. I managed to drive off with a brilliant car that, up until now I've not had any issues with.

Can't fault the team at Balham Cars London. All my questions were answered on the day and everyone I spoke to was really friendly, you can't ask for much more. I've had my Audi A3 since June now and other than having a small battery issue that wasn't a big deal at all, it's been a great car.

We had a great experience with Balham Cars. Onder (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) was great - he took us on a test drive and we did not feel pressured at all to purchase. We bought a white Ford Focus back in April however I left it a few months to write a review to see how the car would run. We had one issue where a sensor came loose, however we drove it back to the garage (who booked us in without any issues) and they kindly fixed it free of charge. The overall purchasing experience was great, with Onder showing us how all of the buttons etc in the car work, and the aftercare was also great. The only small negative is when we bought the car and drove off, we realised it only had 1 mile of petrol left in the tank. We had to quickly find a petrol station as we were worried we would break down - it would be great if Balham Cars could ensure there is a bit more petrol in the car so we didn’t have such a worry when leaving. Overall however the experience in general was great!

Got an Audi in July, All the staff were pleasant and quick drive away. Had a few issues with the car one was the suspension which was my fault, the guys were more than reasonable with the cost to repair within a few hours had the car back even though they looked really really busy . Will defo carry on using them for anything I need for the car.
