If I could score these 10/10, I would do because Balham Cars were that good. The customer service from Charlie was top-notch. He was such a genuine, down-to-earth guy who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door of the dealership. From the initial inquiry to the handover, everything was so straightforward and stress-free. 

Charlie was the sales executive that looked after me while I was buying my Audi A3 from Balham Cars, located in London. Charlie was so patient with me while I went through the many questions that I had for him. What really left a lasting impression with me about this company was the fact that they did not use any hard-selling tactics like lots of car dealerships sadly seem to do. This was the main reason I bought my car from them rather than going elsewhere.
