I bought my Ford Focus from Balham Cars London Ltd. recently, and all of the staff at the dealership were extremely welcoming towards me, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was hassle-free for me, and during the handover, the car was spotless, and you could tell they took great care in valeting the car and making sure it was well presented. I would highly recommend Balham Cars to anyone, and I would happily shop here again when I require an upgrade.

From start to finish, the service was second-to-none. I could not have asked for more from this dealership. Charlie, the salesman, really went out of his way to help me with everything and talk through a few options with me to find the car that was suitable for all of my needs. After taking a few cars for a test drive, I decided to buy a Nissan Note, and I am really happy with my choice. It is a great little car and has been so reliable so far. Definitely worthy of top marks because everything was faultless.

This was my first car purchase, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The service from Onder and Charlie was nothing short of amazing. Their non-pushy approach, knowledge, and genuine car turned what could have been a daunting process into a smooth and enjoyable one. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and confident with my decision. My Vauxhall Mokka has been a dream to drive since I purchased it in early April. Not only is it a beautiful car, but it's also reliable and has not skipped a beat since the day I drove it off the lot. Regarding my recent purchase of my new Ford Focus from Balham Cars London, having low mileage was key. I kind of knew exactly what car I was going to go for; however, finding one with low mileage was proving to be an issue. Having looked around for a couple of weeks, around multiple other dealerships, I was so happy when I noticed one popped up at my local dealership. I arranged a quick appointment and was greeted by Charlie, who was top-class, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered without hesitation, which I thought was brilliant. The Focus was freshly cleaned, inside very spacious, and considering this was my first time being in a car, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it really was such a smooth and efficient process. I am absolutely loving my new vehicle from Balham Cars London Ltd. My new Yaris is exactly what I needed—a very spacious, perfect-size boot for me—and the car drives—great, very smooth drive, remarkably quiet, just a brilliant motor. The customer service was great, and I was met by Charlie, who really helped to try and get the best car for me; he showed me around a few, even test-driving a couple of the options to find the right one. So a massive thank you for having the patience and taking that extra time to help. 5 stars. 

I was in dire need of a new car since my earlier car had finally packed it in; however, I wasn't able to hang around all day or could afford to return another day, so I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism shown by Balham Cars London. LTD. because I knew the car I was going to get was their Hyundai I10, as I just wanted something smaller to get me around London, so I just did a quick check over the car, did a did a rapid test drive, then signed the paper work, and off I went. I really did put my trust in the dealership based on their reputation and previous reviews, and I'm honestly thrilled they weren't false. I was very happy with the car, and the service received 5 stars.

Such a great local dealership. When you go to Balham Cars London, you really know you are dealing with professionals. I had been keeping my eye on their stock for quite some time, just waiting for the right Mini to come through their doors, and luckily enough, that's exactly what happened when a beautiful Mini countryman showed up. It was exactly what we had been looking at and had a much higher specification than the usual stock mini, so we couldn't be happier. The cars and the staff are always brilliant, and the cars are reliable. So, as per usual, no issues. Five stars!!!

I just wanted to praise Charlie on what a good job he did in getting me my VW Polo. I can honestly say this was the best experience of buying a car I have been through, and that is mainly down to Charlie and his relaxed demeanor. It was more like talking a car over with a friend than an actual salesman. The conversation didn't seem forced or pushy at all, which was brilliant. It made me feel a lot more at ease, didn't feel like I had to buy the car, or as if I was making a mistake. Overall, just a very happy customer and brilliant service from a fantastic dealership.

Peter was nothing but fantastic; he helped discuss my options in regards to what my criteria were,  the main one being reliability. as I could not be dealing with my car breaking down on me every few weeks.
