I am really impressed with the team at Balham Cars London, I didnt have an appointment but nipped in after seeing a little Polo for sale. My Daughter needed a car, something reliable, cost effective to run and small in size, this looked perfect. I went in and the reception was warm and welcoming, and even without an appointment, John, the salesman, was excellent in providing all the details and history of the car and handed the keys over for a look around. The whole transaction was quick and easy and very much hassle-free. My Daughter is over the moon with the car and loves driving it, its been fantastic since purchasing. The Nissan Qashqai is actually my first ever car and I am loving the freedom its brought, its very nice to not rely on other people or public transport anymore. The car was cleaned to a high standard and I was so pleased about this, it looked really great when I collected it. I only live round the corner so coming to Balham Cars was very convenient for me and I would happily shop at Balham cars in the near future, I'm glad I've found my go to dealership and so local to me too! I will definitely be recommending to my friends or anyone who is on the hunt for a new motor.

The Mazda has exceeded my expectations since day one. Having lived in London without the need for a car, moving a bit further out prompted the purchase. Now, I'm thoroughly enjoying being on the road, the new found freedom of nipping out and about when needed is fantastic. Staff were polite, courteous and helpful. They weren’t pushy at all. They allowed me and my brother and father a chance to inspect the car all over. They answered questions and were happy to assist with a test drive of the vehicle. I would recommend this garage. They even took my old car as part exchange too

Living round the corner from Balham cars has its perks... I had been eyeing up the Mercedes A Class... I loved the look of it and admired every time I drove past. It was the first time buying a car so I didn't really know what to expect, but it was a brilliant experience. I am loving the freedom and the very kind guy I was dealing with, he was very patient and helpful with anything I asked. The A class was just as I imagined, how it was described and better than expected. Thank you for a great first car experience!

My son is loving his new Vauxhall Corsa we purchased from Balham Cars in London. It was a pleasure buying the car whist dealing with Charlie, he was exceptional. The car looked its best, my son James fell in love with it as soon as seeing it! The process was straightforward and very simple. I am rating this experience full marks, nothing has happened for me to take a star off, everything has been perfect from the get go! The car looked brand new. It's not my car but I think I like it just as much as my son.
