I recently purchased a fantastic VW Golf and I'm very pleased with it, its running smoothly, and a nice car to drive it's all good on the car front, its great and I am very much enjoying the change from my old car, it drives so much better put it that way. The customer service was spot on, it was quite a busy time for them during the week I was there, the level of service didn't drop and I suppose its good to see them so busy, shows they are doing something right.

I am very happy with Charlie and the chaps down at Balham, they are all very nice people who are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. We loved the old VW Golf Estate so much (before it got written off) that we just had to buy a new one. We had high expectations based on our previous one, and we knew exactly what we wanted. Once we found that with Balham, the rest was a breeze, it was streamline, simple and not at all pressured. We are loving this one just as much, its a great motor and runs lovely. There's unfortunately a lot of dealership garages out there that aren't genuine sellers, however these are the type of guys you do want to be dealing with!

Me and mum had a great experience down at Balham Cars, she had a great experience because I was buying the car for her haha. We chose the Mokka in our own time, hopped in, Charlie was great by the way! He was really helpful. We took the car for a little test drive, she loveeddd it! It was just very good, flowed nicely, no issues at all and I even let my mum drive home! Happy days. I can't be giving full marks because as we all know, no one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. I know that if I was every buying a car for myself.. or even my mum again, I would come back here!
