Great chaps down at Balham! I had a slight issue at the start and even though they do seem rather busy at the dealership they managed to get me in with no quibble at all, they made time for me and they got the issue sorted and we were back on the road in no time with no dramas. When buying my car they were good enough chaps, great level of knowledge and deliver great customer service all round to be fair. I'd shop here again without hesitation.

My new Corsa has been a dream however a dream which is looking like it must come to an end☹️ I purchased this from Balham Cars London a couple months ago, John and the team were really lovely and couldn't do enough for me during the sale. John even went as far as recommending an insurer who is good for new drivers. I have loved the car but unfortunately the insurance costs and running cost in my area are so expensive that it doesn't seem feasible. to keep it anymore.

All is satisfactory with the VW Polo I purchased form here back in July. I was dealing with both Charlie and John who were ever so helpful and quick to get anything I needed sorted. I am pleased overall, the car is all ok. Great little place. 👍

Very happy over all, these guys did exactly what they said they was going to do, they were very pleasant people. It was a very friendly all round deal, kind people to work with. There was a great selection of cars to choose from and the salesman didn't hesitate to provide upfront information and history of the cars I was interested in. I found the perfect match and was pleased with the price tag it came with, I feel I got a great deal from a great dealership!

All is running seamlessly well with my new Renault Clio, I am getting along with it nicely, runs just as it should, great on petrol and its costly to run and maintain. I like the guys down at the dealership, they were chatty, bubbly, warm and welcoming and easy going, I got along with them straight away - especially Charlie he is a good man. Rating the highest there is here. I'll see you again when I'm ready for a change!

I am lovingggg the new car. So... her name is Angie the Astra and she drives like a babe! I am so happy and I do really enjoy driving her, shes the nicest car I've owned, shes perfect. I got along with Charlie and John superduper well too, they were stars! They looked after me well, even when I had a small issue with the tyre they picked the phone up straight away, got Angie sorted and then even said if there is anything else to get back in contact. I have had no issues here, they are such nice people down at Balham, so so lovely! I highly recommend and thank for my gurlll Angie! 🚗💗

My wife had a Nissan note previously which she loved to pieces, unfortunately the car was written of and so began the hunt to find a replacement. Balham Cars London had a perfect one ready and waiting for us, with very little convincing we took it!
